The start of 2013 has been marked by the return of the first time buyer with a 15% increase against the same 5 months at the start of 2012.
With government backing the Funding for Lending scheme and more recently Help to Buy Schemes, support for first time buyers is notably increasing. This can surely only mean good things for the market!
